Why not work with a proffesional who can provide you with much more detailed information, than a website can. I can assure you that realtor.com only has about 10% of listing from around the country at any given time, this due to the fact that not all agents use this website. The best agents in real estate dont advertise because they are pro-active agents instead of passive agents, passive agents hold open houses, and advertise, proactive agents will call every client they have done business with in the past, all realtors they have done business with in the past, door knock, and cold call, this is what gets a home sold. Working with a buyers agent is free, the seller contracts with the listing agent, and the seller pays both ends of the realtors commission.
If you are planning on purchasing real estate I would advice you to contact a proffesional in your area.
