Finding small holdings/building land for sale?!!?
OK, does any body know where I can find either a small holding (minimum 4 bedroom and 3 acres of land) or some land that we can build a 4 bedroom bungalow on with about 3 acres of land left over.

Where can i find a listing for land for sale in Evans, GA?
Go to Yahoo search word and put in Evans GA. That usually works when you are looking for something in a certain town and state. You can also put in the search word for newspapers. There are several that will come up, and hit one that says USA. There you will be able to pick out the state and then the city or town. It is actually reading that towns paper. You should find the classifieds in that paper under Real Estate. It's really neat. I do that looking for a job in another state and town. why don't you buy land up here in colorado. we did a few years ago and never regretted it. it is in south western area in San Luis Valley and we built a house here a year ago (35 acres) and retired. this is surely God's country, with beautiful plains, snow flaked mountains and abundant wildlife. i am not a real estate agent but i am sure you can find them here. land is sold in acreage and very inexpensive.What are the best web sites to find land for sale?

Kansas actually gives away land to those that are willing to move there and contract to build a home. Since Kansas has got such a dwindling population at certain areas now.Cheapest land for sale in the united states?
The cheapest land in my opinion is located in the southern part of the United States, but don't include Florida, well perhaps northern Florida.
Places like Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, South and North Carolina,Arkansas, Louisiana, and perhaps Texas.

What will you do with the land? Is it for investment/speculation, hunting/camping, or building a house?
I would say in states with low populations... such as Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, but who the hell wants to live there?

My guess is desert land in Nevada and New Mexico.
