why don't you buy land up here in colorado. we did a few years ago and never regretted it. it is in south western area in San Luis Valley and we built a house here a year ago (35 acres) and retired. this is surely God's country, with beautiful plains, snow flaked mountains and abundant wildlife. i am not a real estate agent but i am sure you can find them here. land is sold in acreage and very inexpensive.What are the best web sites to find land for sale?
Depending on your location....seek the MLS for listed properties. You can always find unlisted properties by driving around. My website has mls searches for land and homes.
