Cheapest land for sale in the united states?

Kansas actually gives away land to those that are willing to move there and contract to build a home. Since Kansas has got such a dwindling population at certain areas now.Cheapest land for sale in the united states?
The cheapest land in my opinion is located in the southern part of the United States, but don't include Florida, well perhaps northern Florida.

Places like Mississippi, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, South and North Carolina,Arkansas, Louisiana, and perhaps Texas.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

The cheapest land often doesn't even have access points, which means you'll have to pay to build a road into it.

We need more information to answer this.

What will you do with the land? Is it for investment/speculation, hunting/camping, or building a house?
I would say in states with low populations... such as Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, but who the hell wants to live there?
Free land is available in Kansas if you occupy and promise to build on it. BankersGlobal.com/ebiz
