I am looking for a website to list land for sale. No realty agencies.?

I have forty acres for sale and want to sell it without having to pay a huge commission to a real estate agent. Does anyone know of any good sites that don't cost a bunch of money where I can list my land? I would like to target the Chicago area.I am looking for a website to list land for sale. You will sell it faster, and for more money if you use a broker. Buyers are few and far between, and generally not reading classified ads.
Why not use EBAY. Or any of the sites that offer anything for sale.





If you are not in any hury then try the sites that sell anything and se if you get calls or emails about it. You can even make a short video and put it on youtube.





Just be creative and look around and ask friends.





If no real luck after a while or just too much crap then go hire a broker.

craigslist.com do this on mondays - Sundays same time everyday. usually the evenings are the best

Type of property is it? Is it in the General Plan of the city?





Some stuff you can put in there to get more people to read and become interested in.





Also if your not going to use a REALTOR than hire a Real Estate Attorney so that you dont have any issues with the land during the transaction.

You could list an ad in the Chicago Tribune or the Chicago Sun Times. That would only cost you for the ad.
