Land for sale what to do with it???

My partners dad has a factory at the side of our home that is no longer in use. Me and my boyfriend bought are house as it is next to the factory and as a bigger garden than the other houses on the street which also along with the factory could be used to build on. We have recived planning permission but how do we go about selling the land? We live in Yorkshire by the way a town called Barnsley.Land for sale what to do with it???
Just go to your local estate agent and sell with planning permission obtained which will be more valuble.

You could make a mint if you could afford to build the houses yourself and then sell. What about doing a deal with a builder or developer, you have great potential there. Don't forget you can sell at the planning stage, get deposits to pay your way, think about it, it could be the start of a buisness for you.Land for sale what to do with it???
Estate Agents will sell land particularly if planning consent has already been obtained. They invariably know builders or companies looking for land with development potential so you may first want to get it valued by a land valuer.
Auction it .
You haven said how big but developers pay loads for it even at auction. land always increases in value.
Hi,advertise it.You will need to get a valuation there will be plenty of property developers interested.Good Luck
Usually land sells its self. Just advertise and find buyers.
