Go to Yahoo search word and put in Evans GA. That usually works when you are looking for something in a certain town and state. You can also put in the search word for newspapers. There are several that will come up, and hit one that says USA. There you will be able to pick out the state and then the city or town. It is actually reading that towns paper. You should find the classifieds in that paper under Real Estate. It's really neat. I do that looking for a job in another state and town. why don't you buy land up here in colorado. we did a few years ago and never regretted it. it is in south western area in San Luis Valley and we built a house here a year ago (35 acres) and retired. this is surely God's country, with beautiful plains, snow flaked mountains and abundant wildlife. i am not a real estate agent but i am sure you can find them here. land is sold in acreage and very inexpensive.What are the best web sites to find land for sale?

An online retailer has been told that if they want to advertise property online they will have to comply with all the legal obligations regarding Estate Agencies. This was actually Tesco.com. As a result, Tescos withdrew all property from its website.
That would lead me to think that there are very specific regulations regarding the sale of property, especially in the UK, and that this must be for a very good reason.
I don't think for a second that Ebay are likely to tick all the same boxes as a genuine estate agent or realtor.

My partners dad has a factory at the side of our home that is no longer in use. Me and my boyfriend bought are house as it is next to the factory and as a bigger garden than the other houses on the street which also along with the factory could be used to build on. Also our monthly mortgage and taxes were cheap this way for all of us.... We share it and one guy handles scheduling hunts.....

Should I list my land for sale with a agent?
My grandmother passed away and left 14 acres of prime real estate to her three siblings. Well the land is listed with an agent, zoned residential. Well I own 5 acres next to the 14. The agent asked me to sign w/ her to list it w/ the 14, but why? Anybody that sees the 5 acres next to the 14 will want to buy my 5 acres. And I wont have to give the agent a commission right? You might consider adding the property to the listing for parcel A (14 acres), as long as the agent lets you put in the following sentence: ';No added commission due on sale of adjacent 5-acre parcel B.'; The agent's reaction to this proposal will tell you all you need to know: if it's accepted, then you have someone truly helping you, not just themselves.

Since you won't have them out visiting the lot until after it is sold, you probably won't get as much traffic as you are thinking. If it was developed, that is a different story.

How about 41 acres more or less in Western Kentucky that has road frontage,stream,hill and 10 acres of flat area.
by the way it also has estimated $50,000 worth of standing timber and I would consider $125,000 for the property with timber.

If you're looking for an individual lot you can build your own house on, there are very very few available around Vancouver. That's why you didn't find any. Of course, the further out you go the more of that you will find, but you might have to stretch your definition of ';Vancouver';, and it depends on your idea of reasonable. Waterfront of any kind will be expensive relative to non-waterfront, I can guarantee that. Most of it has been built on already or is reserved for farmland. The Vancouver area has practically no lakes so forget that. The very few rivers, that is, anything bigger than a creek, are either mostly used for commercial purposes, have parks along the edge, or are not suitable for housing for some reason such as potential flooding. In many areas of Vancouver, people who really want to build a new house in a certain neighbourhood or location will often buy an old or even not so old house, tear it down and build a bigger one on the lot. We even have a word for that, it's so common. An older house in a desireable neighbourhood is called a 'tear-down'.

Is there affordable land for sale in the Northeast?
I'm interested in purchasing land in New York or some other state in the Northeast and was curious what were good locations. Doesen't have to be a lot of land either, I'm content with at least 1 acre, but would love 10 or more acres to build a home.
